But they are being bought. Many new club members with them as projects.

But turn over of vehicles is quite high, These days there seem to be a lot of new owners joining the club and then selling again, sometimes within a year. The subject of this thread is a case in point, appearing in May last year. It might be something worth analysing. Perhaps buyers are attracted by the low price of restoration cases (of which there are many) and then the restoration turns out to be too complex. Also, although this may not have hapened in this case I am always gloomy about number plate transfer, when the plate potentially has more value than the car.
