Personally I am looking forward to seeing the Scooby diesel. I believe it was exhibited at Geneva Motor show. In many respects boxer engines make sense and I am surprised that no one has done this before (apart from the likes of Coventry Victor!). I am amused that the press about 6 months ago trumpeted it as the world's first boxer diesel and have now changed the clain to TURBO-BOXER diesel! It will be an interesting motor, but I think the engine belongs in a Subaru (or maybe a Toyota if the pundits are right) not a Jowett!
