This shows the view at the top of the wheel arch. The mudguards are a good fit and really do not need fixing but I put a couple of stainless self tappers through to the inner wing.
This is the view at the back which should protect the rear amps and bumpers that always fill with dirt.
This shows the front section where I cut the mudguard to accommodate the narrowing of the wheel arch. It also allows any muck that does get up there to escape.
The other side was done differently and provides a flatter surface but not quite such a good seal. The moved section was cut off in line with the wheel arch.
Before and after fitting I checked the clearance at the bump stop and all around the wheel.
This is the narrowest point with still 6 cms of clearance.
