One here for forumadmin.
I log in, tick the ' log me in every visit box' , and when I've finished I don't log out, just close the site.
For the past couple of weeks I have had to log in again everytime I visit.
Am I doing anything wrong. It's not a major problem, just a bit of extra time needed.

2 things can cause this
1/If you go to the loggin as
http://jowett.net/forum/ then login
then next time use a short cut or link that is
http://jowett.net/forum/ note no www.
then the cookies get mixed up and confused..not going to get techinical here
And visa versa of the above has the same effect....
I have not checked resently but orginally link to forums from different parts of JCC uk have www. and no www.
To fix....
open browser / 'tools' at the top / internet opinions / delete cookies
The always use the link u have on your machine, loggin in with ticking the check box.
This fix will delete any other sites that u auto login at, and will have to relog in
To stop rhis happening, use search and find cookie folder / open and find all cookies with jowett in the name, delete these only
