I woke up an hour ago after dreaming a record player had played 24 million records. I have no idea where that number or subject came from.
My mind became intrigued and started to analyse. A form of jet lag perhaps.
It first guessed the average length of a record was 3 minutes and worked out the number of plays in 60 years as 12million. But then it thought well records have been around for 120 years. Consultation with Wikipedia then ensued.
Spooky. And sad.
