JOWETT INTERNET SERVICES has had a few improvements completed today, but there are still lots to be made.
You can now renew your subscription on line, request the Jowetteer in email or printed form, and change any details such as address, phone number or First Aid information.

The system sends notifications to membership sec, treasurer and email distributor when changes are made and you receive a confirmation email so that nothing should get lost in the post.

Currently the First Aid map latitude and longtitude is changed by me, but I hope to have a web page for you to do it soon so that you can correct any anomolies on the location of your premises.

Note if you change your email address, you need to be careful that you update the membership record first using the Check Records link. Then update your JOWETT INTERNET SERVICES account using Update account detail page. I am sorry this is a two stage process but I have to check out possible security issues before making it a single stage process. If you do change your email address using this process the membership sec and email distributor are informed.

These are the first steps to providing a single sign-on for JowettTalk and JowettGallery as well.

The JOWETT INTERNET SERVICES account login now checks against the membership list as at September 2013 but this will be soon updated to March 2014 so get your renewal in!
