Rear Brakes locking? Fixed

Just been theu a very strict NZ WoF testing.
Under the heavy braking test the right rear wheel locks up...an potenually dangerous situation and a fail.

My immediate thoughts are:
1/A Drum out of round
2/Pads may need Radiusing
3/The equaliser is not working (thu this has recently had new bushes and serviced)

Heading out to start looking at the pronlem now.

Is there a quirk in the Bradford thar may cause this?

Braking effiency is fine.. no problems there..
But a wheel locking up...no cant have that for WoF...well for an inspector who takes the job serioulsy to the book, and I have no problems with that.
And as far as his knowledge, I have no problems with that either...havnt for over 30 yrs now.
As I mantioned above

Adjusted bakes up, a definate 1 piont drag as if a hub is off center.
As my tools are down the work shop, I couldnt measure, I I swapped drums wheel to wheel
Again that hub showed similatr synotoms..
Got a few spare drums so got a newly machined one tried that and the drag spot disapeared.
Unfortunately ran out of time to road test...Got to get some parrots ready to send off tomorrow morning..
Will head down to the workshop tomorrow, road test and measure the suspect rim...

Yeah I know about the Bradford rep...bad brakes...as far as Im concerned , and seems u are of the same opinion...do it by the book and Bradford brakes are
"set up correctly is just brilliant."

I do have a peeve with the Braddy thu...Im used to 5 wheel studs, 6, torquing up, takes forever :lol:

Fixed!!!!
The brake pads that came with the car If I got radiused would have fixed it, but a new set, that I had laying around did the job.
It had to do with the way the geometry of the primary shoe leading edge was contacting the drum.
