Post by Jack »

Does anyone have a membership list to hand and can tell me who currently owns this short two? Are they a club member?

Thanks,

Jack

Since the annual membership lists do not show who owns what we can go only on the last published vehicle register --2008-- which shows the owner of KU1926 as M D Koch-Osborne. I fail to understand how a club which is concerned about its future does not have an upto date record of Jowett owners and their cars Bob Lintott

Following the AGM I contacted the registrars to ask them if they could send me what they have in the way of registers so that I could put the information into a searchable form for club members on the website. This was after suggestions at the AGM. Ed and Eden have replied so far, but we still have to wait some time for it to be possible!

Yes it is something which I thought was in the duties of the club and the registrars to produce a register EVERY year. But I am also awaiting the latest version of the constitution and articles of association to check. Note that I do not think it is the Registrars that are at fault here, they just have not been commissioned to do the work.

Running a club is no mean feat so, if you would like to help in anyway, then please volunteer. The officers do it for you, for free. Get enjoyment out of helping to run your club! Please contact a club officer or me if you want to discuss how you can help and what it entails.
