Long Four Brakes

Post by ian Howell »

Can anyone send / eMail me a copy / file of a drawing showing the general mechanical layout of the brakes on a 1930 Long Four?

What I really need is something like a lubrication chart which shows all the mechanism but omits bodywork and other unnecessary items.

Would anyone be willing to scan a complete vintage manual and put it on the website? (Or does this infringe some copyright or other?).

There are a number of useful Javelin diagrams available, so I don't think there should be a problem - should there?

Help please! Ian Howell
