New (?) product Q20 water displacement etc

I have come across a new (to me!) product which was demonstrated quite impressively at a motor cycle "get together" recently. Its called Q20. I contacted the producer who is obviously interested in our club and supplying members. I am not sure whether this could be possible or whether it could work but I thought I should make other JCC members aware of this product. I have NO connection with the producers and will NOT benefit in any way should other members want to purchase this product!

The retail price for a 300ml can of Q20 typically sells for £5.99 or a 150ml can for £4.50. there is also available a 5 litre
option which would retail approx' £30.

This 'water wetter ' type product I think we discussed here a while back???
Bottom line, if the cooling system cant keep the engine cool then there is something basic wrong with the sysytem..blocked cores, bottom radiator hose reenforcement spring corrided away etc.....Adding such products only patches such a sysytem not fix
Same thing goes for elecrical /HT systems, if they are faulty be it leaking moisture, dirty, dusty inside dizzies etc, they should be cleaned dried, done proerly, not patched up with some spray.
And these sparysd are notoirios to ovewr time collect any dust material that maybe around eventually wasking it down into the dizzy interals, cams pionts and shaft bushes cause more serious issues further down the line.

On the other hand a tin of CRC 566 in the tool box is handy after going thru that 2/3 ft flood and the engine stalled.
As a'preventive' or a fix ... well who shims their king pins to pass a MOT with silver paper out of a cigerette packet??

Post war Jowetts have always been marginal on cooling which was admitted to me by the designer! So yes there is something wrong- the design! That said you should really only need such extra help if you are working the car hard on a hot day. Anti-freeze is a good wetter anyway.

Sorry, this product has nothing to do with cooling, it is a water repellant. I would like to see it operate on a Javelin that has just been though a ford. Same statement as previously probably applies though.

Yep..another one of those propaganda..sry marketing ploys to suck the uninformed in to feathering shareholder pockets...like demos of car polish , lighting solvent on the paint...when it is the gas above the solvent that burns and heat rises.....additives that 'fix' noisey diffs, repair worn rings, magnetic devices that have dramatic effects on fuel consumption
And funny how their 'indepedant' accessors see dramativc resaults but we are not told what the parameters of testing instructions...
