Did the Beatles drive a Bradford before they became big?

Post by The Bradford man »

One of Dads mates who used to own a bradford, was watching a Doco on the Beatles, says before they made it big they used a Bradford to transport their gear and/or themselves around the place.
Does any one know about this? If so what ever happened to it?

Thanks
James~

I don't know about a Bradford, but they DID use a Bedford van. At one time it was painted with psychedelic designs but now is back to its original green. This still belongs to 'them' but it sits in a shed owned by a friend of mine.
The devil is in the detail!
