Here is a picture of where I put the cooler with fan (behind) and thermostat (to the right)
The idea was to get heat away from the engine compartment. Surprisingly it has not become dirty and it does get some good air circulation due to the rotating wheels.
I had thought about putting a duct in but this I do not think is needed.
