Post by Tim Neville »

Hi there,
Ive just entered the world of the javelin again, i had one back in the 60's as my first car, and i have now acquired one again!
So basically, is there anything i should know or is a must etc?

Thanks very much!

Welcome Dj. The first thing you must do is join the Jowett Car Club (again??). There is a strong following in the South West Section. Having done that, you might wish to tell us your real name. Pseudonymns are all well and good for plebians, but when you become a JCC member you will be automatically raised to Patrician level. Good to have you on the forum though. You won't be disappointed. Regards, Tony.

First, join the Jowett Car Club.
Second, get in touch with the other Jowett owners in North Devon.
Third, meet me when I come down to Barnstaple in a couple of weeks to the Sunday lunch planned for JCC South West Section Members on the 19th Nov in Tiverton.
My wife's Javelin was at the car show/steam fair in Chappelton Barton a couple of months ago.
