Despite being on on holiday on the Lisbon coast and having a great time, I took the time out today to attempt a blind Ebay purchase of a Javelin that had much work done but still needed the engine and bodywork completing - I would have been happy to pay the whatever price but in the end a dodgy wireless connection to the laptop let me down in the last seconds of the auction hence someone else walked away with a very solid project for just over £1500, hopefully it is a either a club or a prospective club member.(My apologies in being selfish and not advising other members via Jowett Talk that it was available) In the meantime should anyone have either a very solid Javelin project or a concours Javelin for sale please let me know.
