When the clutch is depressed on my Jupiter, at the point of foot pressure a constant”rotational noise” is present until the clutch is released I am suspecting that the clutch throwout bearing needs replacing but can not find any technical information on how to do this. I have found play on both front suspension units,it appears to be between the thread of upper link pin 50286 and the yoke 50278. Thanks to both of you, I'm now feeling a more comfortable about removing material. I will do some more dimensional checks and the square off the outlet from the timing case cover and reduce the inlet to the pump housing to give the 3mm gap and a good area for the clips to clamp on.
