MOT and number plates.

A friend of mine just phoned me up because his car has just failed its MOT because the space between each letter or digit was not even! What is worse he has only just had new number plates put on because someone reversed into it. He got these plates on-line. The garage quoted £60 to fix. Needless to say he is fuming!
