Hello all.

There's a glimpse (at about 12 seconds) of the back of a Javelin in this video of the carpark at The Ardmore Motor Racing Circuit. But of particular interest there's lots of other very interesting cars of the era . . . and as was typical of New Zealand's vehicle fleet of that time, many cars from earlier years. There's not a Asian car in sight . . . all are British or American!

It's a pity the panning of the 8mm camera was so rapid as to make the vehicle recognition so very diffcult . . . .

Leo - From the fleeting glimse - Austin A35, Austin Cambridge, Austin 7, several Morris Minors, Ford Pop, Ford Zypher, MG TD / TF, Sunbeam Talbot, I think there is a couple of Standards - obviously lots more - but I am not that good on the American stuff.

Your right there is a Jowett Javelin in there and I think a Jup?

It's an interesting peace of video footage. But I'm not to keen on that cheesy background music.
