Attachments in Private Messages

I have enabled attachments in Private messages.

Note that with attachments you can add a comment which is particularly useful with images.

Note that the file name and size are provided so that users know what they are downloading.

this may not look the same as the original article but it helps if you are on a slow line.

We have the ability to make all images thumbnails which would speed up download time, especially on phones. Shall I enable this?
