Rochdale Jup

Why not tell us about your car (start with a picture) and say what you have done with it; either restoring or using it over the years. Restoration of particular parts is of special interest. Club members can have their space on in their Personal Album to do this.

Rochdale Jup

Ed asked me about the gear change in the Rochdale so I dug out this photo. I never did get to drive the car; but understand since it was so light it was a bit lively. Could have done with softer torsion bars.

As for the change I cannot remember any problems or discussion about it. But then it was 20 years ago!

This picture shows us rapidly welding up a broken brake pedal, that went when we had to all brake rather sharply close to Buckingham Palace on way back from scrutineering in 1989.
