I only drive 150/250 miles a year.

Your interest in the forum: I've always wanted to own a Jowett Javelin, my father was a big fan of the car but could never afford one, whereas I now can. At one time he worked for a supplier to Jowetts making parts including for Javelins.
Porsche 924, 944 Turbo, Mazda RX7 TurboII, Cadillac Sedan-de-Ville, Mercury Cougar, Pontiac Firebird, GMC Jimmy, several Saabs. Was Formula 1 scrutineer at Bahrain GP for 7 years.

ASJ598 on ebay for sale in Castleford for £4000, solid car needs choke cable and brakes fettling after being stood since 2015. It's all complete and solid except for that. I've bid him £3800 and left a deposit but now decided I can't do it so am looking for somebody to out-bid me so I can get my deposit back. Go and see it before somebody else does.
