There are not many around now that belonged to the Southern Jowett Car Club, but here is a memory from a 1961 Jowetteer Optically Character Read a few years ago when I was testing various methods and found when I was re-organizing my ancient desktop.

Interesting mods that found their way onto Amy's Javelin.
The club like most in those days was interested in competition whether driving tests or navigation rallies. The Harrow car club that I have recently re-joined after a 40 year absence still concentrates on organizing events such as sprints for classic cars.

If you have any pre-1964 Jowetteers please can I borrow them to scan and put in the library.
