Reading some of the stuff about Dynamator and wiring in general there seems general agreement that the original fusing C, or lack thereof, is distinctly dodgy.
Since the regulator isn’t required and I prefer safety to absolute originality, I was considering replacing the regulator with a modern fusebox like this

on the bulkhead.
Some relays would seem like a good idea too. A lot of modern cars have them in the fusebox which seems neat.
Has anyone used anything specific? Maybe from a modern car? I can see the circuit fuse ratings on the Jupiter schematic elsewhere on this forum. Always happy not to reinvent the wheel.
since posting found this which might be something like https://www.carbuilder.com/uk/cbs-12-ci ... ing-module

Is the wiring schematic

are the two fuse boxes and cut out. Each circuit in the fuse box has an LED which lights when the fuse is open circuit.

This looks like just thte job. neat, small, and takes the fuses and relays tidily in one place https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AP2B2PIeBaQ
