Volkes to tecalemit oil filter housing
I would like to fit a spin on oil filter to my Pa Javelin .I have an adapter but they only fit the tecalemit housing of which I also have .The PA was fitted with a Volkes filter .i was wondering if anyone has swapped them before .l have read before of the problems with oil leaks in this area.
have just purchased a javilin and will need all the help i can get

The early blocks had narrow oil ways but I think it is possible to fit a later oil filter housing to an early block and do some fettling to align the holes. BUT I AM NOT SURE. Use engineers blue to check.
