I'm assuming the typo should be seat. The easiest way is to remove the seat hinges from both the back and bottom and remove the seat back. Push the lever under the seat to release the catch and slide the seat forward until it clears the tracks. Then lift the seat out of the car.

There are three sliders mounted on wedges. They are held by screws that pass through the floor and held by nuts under the car. Not very complicated.
