Message: My Grandfather, Walter England, worked for Jowett Cars, I think somewhere between 1920 and 1940. My Father, who has now passed away, told me that he was a Foreman in the factory. I would like to here from any of your officers who may have any knowledge of his employment history. As a matter of interest you may like to know that I have a photograph taken of my Grandfather and Father sitting in a Jowett 'Chummy' on my home office wall. The registration number ends in 9269 and would have been preceded by two letters which are not visible.
