I was thinking more about the front discs, just used the back diff as an example of shared parts.
If you look at Morgan parts list the disc brake holder bolts with 4 bolts to the same holes as the backing plate for the drum brakes.
As Morgon like Jowett, ford & who knows who else used proprietary parts possibly the brake adaptor could fit jowl.
