Swivel pin yoke..

I'v noticed that i have the swivel pin yoke pinch bolt facing outwards.Is there a reason why it should be facing the engine?.When i pumped the grease in after assembling it all,its coming out of the thrust washer.I know i should have got another greaser put in :cry:
