I think that these are pre-war Jowett. Perhaps sending an email copy of the photo to JCS (or MKO) will elicit just which models they're from. MKO and IP should be able to identiy them.
Hello James.
They look like hydraulic engine mountings and parts of such for the later pre-war twins.
I think the top pair are upsidedown in the photograph, with reference to them being fixed to the top web of the chassis.
Earlier types had rubber bushes, and I believe that the very early 30s pots were bolted straight on to the chassis without cushioning.
What do you think George?
Tony.
I think the bottom set are from an 8hp model. the shape and size of the mount looks identical to a set I took off my 8hp engine. But my set only had a shaft and one plate attached though the top for the engine mounting. Perhaps this a beefed up version.

the pair with the larger diameter and single mounting brackets are 1937 to 39 model year 8 hp and 1937 10hp. the smaller diameter one with the double sided mounting bracket is 1935 /6 model year 7hp and 1936 model year 10hp.. The 1940 8 & 10 had 'modern' highly flexible rubber mounts
The later ones are also identifiable by the rubber cover that lifts up for the monthly ( when in regular use) top up of oil. The earlier ones have a a crew cap for adding oil.
I like the hydraulic mountings and and if topped up regulary the did a superb job of eliminating any slight residual vibration without the engine rocking as on the 1940 models and post war Bradfords. The only 'failure' was the breaking of the spring in the damper which was very easily and cheaply replaced.
I often wonder if the reason some have stuffed the hydraulic mountings with rubber to 'improve' them is because they are not aware that it is only the spring that needs replacing.
Philip.
