New Book - Jowetts of the 1920s

Post by Jack »

Noel has been very modest about this, but I know he has put a huge amount of work into this book focused on 1920s Jowetts, and is hopeful of being able to extend the series to other decades.

Looks like now available, hopefully Noel will have copies available for us to buy, I am sure more info available in the next Jowetteer, but at least a front cover to whet the appetite for now!

I contacted Noel some days ago, and he assures me that there will be a supply of copies of the new book at the Ex-employees' meeting on the 10th. August at the Bradford Industrial Museum.

It's good to see my long-time friend John Wilson, from Cessnock in New South Wales on the front cover in his vintage sports replica 'Victoria'.

Hi Noel,

I was wondering if you have placed a supply of the books in the Jowett Club Shop? They would make good presents for Christmas and the shop might appreciate the business?
