Another day, another car, but a Kestrel this time. Interesting project, low starting price but who knows where the reserve is on this.

Can our resident experts confirm this is a Kestrel, and while we're there tell us less experienced types what we are looking for to confirm? It says known to the club, but not sure if that means the seller is a club member, but seems to have a history of selling parts for various vehicles.
