Clutch pressure plate
Is this Jowett?

Keith; No, it is not.
It looks like a 7.25" Borg & Beck clutch cover plate assembly, so it would probably fit, but the spring colours are wrong. According to the Jowett Servicing Guide, published August 26th 1953, the six pressure plate springs should be Light Blue in colour with a 1.93" free length. The springs in your photo look to be what; Burnt Umber if I remember my paints from art class in school?
The chances are that the springs in that clutch are stronger than the Jowett clutch, so would probably be OK, but how do you know without checking the spring length or rate? A quick Google search gave some clues, but not a positive identification.
