Another month passes; I would like to thank all of you involved in the
Basingstoke weekend - very well organised by you all, and an enjoyable weekend. It
was good to see Dave, and Jan Thom and their family who travelled up for the day
(thank you both for the photo). We came up in convoy with Geoff and Christine Wills
and Alan Jarret; Alan's 'Lady' behaved throughout the weekend - no hitches at anytime,
great to see Alan Bartlett with another award. Quite a few of you we missed, maybe
we'll see you next year.
Over the weekend I lost a Jowett badge, the one with wings, very old but great
sentimental value; if anyone has seen it, I would be very grateful if they'd let me know.
Our next meeting is at Powderham Castle; we have a stand there, also Wheels
on Paignton Green, on Sunday July 28th - contact Geoff Wills on 01803557924.
