I am writing to you on behalf of Macmillan Cancer Support, Guildford Area Group, who wish to invite you and your club members to take part in a Classic Car Show and Family Fun Day, being held at Clandon Park, nr. Guildford, Surrey on Sunday 17th July 2011. I attach a flyer for the event which gives futher information and a registration form.
I would be much obliged if you would publicise the event to your club members and friends, particularly those who are local to our area and hope that you may be able to support us on the day.
